- 500 grams Spaghetti
- 150 milliliters Vegetable broth
- 1 garlic clove
- 100 grams Processed cheese
- 150 grams Mozzarella
- 4 Tbsps breadcrumbs
- 4 Tbsps Parmesan
- 1 generous pinch Red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp thyme (chopped)
- salt

- butter (for ramekins)

Preparation steps

Cook pasta according to package instructions in boiling salted water until very al dente. Heat broth, peel garlic and squeeze into the pan, dissolve cheese in it. Drain mozzarella and dice finely. Drain pasta and mix with the sauce, add mozzarella and season with salt and pepper.

Mix Parmesan with breadcrumbs, chili flakes and thyme. Place pasta mixture into 4 buttered ramekins and spread with breadcrumb mixture. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven and invert onto plates. Garnish with bell pepper and thyme, serve.
