1 Cutting board, 1 Brush, 1 Small knife, 1 Peeler, 1 Stainless steel pot, 1 Grill pan, 1 Ladle, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Bowl, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Paper towel
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Line a large baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
2.
Sift the flour, cinnamon and salt into a mixing bowl. Rub in the butter until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
3.
Stir in the sugar and vanilla. Beat in the egg and mix to a smooth dough. Wrap in cling film and chill for 30 minutes.
4.
Roll out the dough thinly on a lightly floured surface and cut into rounds with a cookie cutter.
5.
Place on the baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden. Cool on the tray for a few minutes, then place on a wire rack to cool completely.
