2 ⅔ cups cooked shrimp (peeled with tail in tact)
1.333 cups Surimi (crab)
1 Cucumber (chopped)
2 large Tomatoes (chopped)
2 Avocados (quartered, peeled and chopped)
2 Limes
2 Tbsps olive oil
To garnish
4 parsley

Preparation steps

1.
Put the cooked shrimps, surimi (crab sticks), cucumber and tomatoes into a bowl.
2.
Top with the avocado.
3.
Cut one lime into wedges and squeeze the other over the avocadoes.
4.
Season with salt and ground black pepper and drizzle over the olive oil.
5.
Gently stir everything together,

Garnish with parsley to serve.
