2 trimmed Scallop (without roe)
6 thin slices Bacon
6 leaves Radicchio
salt
freshly ground peppers
Toothpick
3 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the radicchio and spin dry. Cut the scallops in each 3 strips, sprinkle with salt and pepper and roll each strip in a radicchio leaf.

2.

Wrap each radicchio leaf with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Heat the oil and cook the radicchio rolls briefly. Serve immediately.
