- 1 Savoy cabbage
- 5 carrots
- 1 Morteau sausage (400 grams, may substitute ham)
- 1 l Beef broth (instant powdered)
- ½ tsp Caraway
- 1 generous pinch Coriander
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Remove outer leaves of cabbage and discard. Cut cabbage into quarters and remove core. Thinly slice leaves and rinse them in a colander. Peel and dice carrots.
2.
In a pot, bring broth to a boil. Add sausage and simmer about 10 minutes. Remove sausage and cut into slices. Add carrots, cabbage and spices and cook about 5 minutes more. Return sausage slices to soup and cook another 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
