- 6 Chicken breasts (halves)
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp ground Black pepper
- 3 cups canned Sauerkraut (drained)
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 ¼ cups
- 1 Tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- 4 cups Arugula
- 1 loaf Bread
Preparation steps
1.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Place chicken in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place sauerkraut over chicken, top with cheese slices. Pour dressing over chicken and cover dish with aluminum foil.
3.
Bake for 90 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
4.
Sprinkle with pepper and serve with Arugula and bread.
