Healthy, because

Even smarter

Parmesan not only adds great flavour to sage pasta, but is also rich in the mineral calcium. This keeps bones and teeth healthy and strong. The Italian hard cheese also convinces with its high protein content, which is beneficial for muscle maintenance. The butter provides the fat-soluble vitamins D, E, K and A - the latter is important for good vision, among other things.

Those who value a healthy digestion and a long-lasting satiation can replace the ribbon noodles with a wholemeal variant; these have a higher fibre content.
