- 3 sprigs rosemary
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 kilogram small new potatoes

Preparation steps

Rinse meat and pat dry. Rub meat with olive oil, season with coarsely chopped rosemary and squeezed garlic cloves. Refrigerate, covered. for 2 hours.

Preheat the oven to 160 ° C upper and lower heat.

Arrange meat in an ovenproof dish. Scrub potatoes and halve or quarter, depending on size, add to the pan. Season meat and potatoes with salt and pepper and roast in preheated oven at 160°C (approximately 325°F) for about 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. Baste meat with cooking juices often and add water to the pan, if necessary. Remove from oven and serve.
