- 1 kilogram Roasted pork (such as Lende)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps clarified butter
- 400 milliliters Beef broth
- 8 thyme
- 5 parsley
- 2 garlic cloves
- 120 grams butter
- 180 grams breadcrumbs

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Rinse pork roast, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat clarified butter in a roasting pan, heat and brown pork on all sides. Add broth and bake covered in the preheated oven and cook for 1 hour. Turn roast over halfway through cooking time.

Meanwhile rinse thyme and parsley, pluck leaves from branches and stems and chop finely. Peel garlic, squeeze through a garlic press and mix with herbs, butter and breadcrumbs in a bowl.

After one hour of cooking, place meat on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, press herb mixture onto pork and cook again for about 30 minutes.
5.
Serve immediately sliced.
