- 1 Tbsp honey
- 4 Tbsps Brittle (store-bought)
- 100 grams rinsed Raspberries

Preparation steps

With a sharp knife, cut off pineapple peel. Cut pineapple into thin slices. Arrange slices in an overlapping pattern on plates.
2.
Mix together lemon juice and honey mix, drizzle over pineapple and sprinkle with crushed nut brittle. Garnish with raspberries.
