500 grams Spaghetti
salt
1 Zucchini
1 Red Bell pepper
2 Tbsps olive oil
2 garlic cloves
freshly ground peppers
1 sprig rosemary

Preparation steps

Boil spaghetti in a pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Rinse zucchini, trim, cut in half horizontally, cut into thin slices and then cut into fine strips. Rinse bell pepper, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and also cut into fine strips. Heat oil in a pan and saute prepared vegetables. Peel garlic and squeeze through a garlic press into the pan, mix and season with salt and pepper. Sauté for 1-2 minutes while stirring. Rinse rosemary, pluck needles from stem and add to the pan. Add drained pasta to the pan, mix well and serve immediately.
