400 grams macaroni
salt
2 sticks Leeks
2 garlic cloves
2 Tbsps Basil (cut into strips)
freshly ground peppers
freshly grated Nutmeg
200 grams Crème fraiche
2 Tbsps breadcrumbs
50 grams freshly grated Parmesan

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Cook the macaroni in salt water until al dente, rinse in cold water and drain.

Cut the leeks lengthwise, rinse and cut into thick rings. Blanch the leeks in boiling salt water, rinse in cold water and drain.

Peel and thinly slice the garlic. Mix the garlic, leeks, basil and pasta in a baking dish. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Spread the creme fraiche on top and sprinkle with breadcrumbs and parmesan. Bake for about 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
