- Fava bean (frozen)
- 1 shallot
- 400 grams Ground meat
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- olive oil
- 400 grams Orecchiette pasta
- 200 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 60 grams freshly grated Parmesan
Preparation steps

Thaw the beans. Peel shallot and finely chop. Mix ground meat with shallot, egg and parsley. Season with salt and pepper and form into small balls. In a non-stick pan, heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil, add meatballs and fry on all sides until browned, about 5 minutes. Cook the orecchiette in boiling salted water until al dente.

Rinse the tomatoes and cut into quarters. Toss tomatoes and beans with the meatballs. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes. Finally, add the drained orecchiette and a little pasta cooking water to the meatballs and stir well. Drizzle with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Serve garnished with Parmesan.
