¾ cup blanched almonds (chopped)

Preparation steps

1.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (180 fan) | 400°F | gas 6.
2.
Mix the Parmesan with the almonds and space out tablespoons of the mixture on a large baking tray.
3.
Bake them in the oven for 5 - 10 minutes or until lacy and golden brown.
4.
Leave the tuiles to set on the tray for 30 seconds then use a palette knife to lift them off. Drape them over a rolling pin and leave to cool and harden.
