- 200 grams Broccoli
- 150 grams Snow peas
- ½ bunch scallions
- 1 Savoy cabbage
- 300 grams Egg noodle
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 3 Chicken breasts (450 grams)
- 2 tsps ginger
- 500 milliliters Chicken broth (Instant)
- 2 Tbsps soy sauce
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- 2 Tbsps Corn oil
- 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1 pinch sugar
Preparation steps

Rinse broccoli, cabbage and snow peas, cut into smaller pieces as necessary and blanch in boiling salted water for about 4 minutes. Then drain, rinse in cold water and drain. Rinse scallions and slice the white and light green portions diagonally into thin slices.

Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain, rinse in cold water and drain.

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and simmer in broth for about 10 minutes. Allow to cool in the broth, then remove.

Mix ginger with 150 ml (approximately 2/3 cup) of the broth, soy sauce, oil, vinegar and sugar. Mix with noodles and vegetables. Cut the meat into slices. Serve noodles with chicken meat in small bowls, sprinkled with red pepper flakes.
