Preparation steps

Soak the beans overnight in cold water. Rinse and trim the vegetables and chop finely. Heat oil in a large saucepan. Peel the onion and garlic and finely chop. Cut the bacon into small pieces. Fry the bacon in oil, add the onions and garlic, add the drained beans and vegetables and sauté for 10 minutes. Pour in the broth, season with salt and pepper, cover and simmer over low heat for 1 hour.

Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water briefly, rinse with cold water, cut into quarters and add to the soup. Add the spaghetti ad cook for another 10-12 minutes.
