- For the red melon drink
- ¼ Watermelon (approx. 300 g, cut into large chunks and deseeded)
- ⅔ cup Orange juice
- 3 Tbsps Lime juice
- 8 Tbsps crushed Ice
- 3 Tbsps brown sugar
- Fresh herbs (to garnish, e. g. mint or lemon thyme)
- For the yellow melon drink
- 1 Mango (peeled, stoned and chopped)
- 14 ozs Melon (flesh)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- mineral water (for topping up)
- Lemon thyme (to garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
For the red drink, blend the melon chunks, orange juice, lime juice, crushed ice and sugar to a purée in a liquidiser. Divide between glasses, garnish with mint and serve chilled.
2.
For the yellow drink, blend the mango and melon flesh with the lemon juice to a purée in a liquidiser. Dilute to taste with chilled mineral water. Divide between glasses, garnish with lemon thyme and serve chilled.
