- ⅒ l olive oil
- Bell pepper (1 red and yellow)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Eggplant
- 4 onions
- 250 grams Cherry tomatoes
- salt
- peppers
Preparation steps

Halve peppers, remove seeds and ribs, rinse and cut into wide strips. Rinse, trim and cut zucchini and eggplant lengthwise into slices. Peel onions. Rinse cherry tomatoes. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper and brush with oil.

Grill vegetables over medium heat, 6 to 12 minutes. If desired, grill vegetables just until marked, then transfer to a sheet of aluminum foil and continue grilling until cooked through. To serve, arrange vegetables decoratively on plates.
