- 4 pcs Orange peel
- 2 slices tramezzino
- 40 grams Goat cheese
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 4 sheets Arugula
- 4 black Olives

Preparation steps
1.
Pour the martini into chilled glasses. Garnish with one orange peel.
2.
Spread cream cheese on a slice of bread. Season with salt and pepper. Top with the rinsed and dried arugula. Place the second slice of bread on top and grill for 3-4 minutes until crispy. Cut into four squares. Garnish the martinis with the olives and serve.
