Warm Brandy Martini
It is important to make each cocktail individually to ensure a frothy head on top.
For each cocktail, half fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Place 50ml brandy, 25ml crème de cacao and 25ml of double cream in the shaker and shake well for 30- 45 seconds.
Strain into a martini glass and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and some cocoa powder before serving.
Repeat the method for the remaining cocktails.
