This classic margarita contains limes, which have an extremely high vitamin C content. Vitamin C is important for many different bodily functions, but especially for boosting the immune system. This may not be factually correct, but we'd like to think a margarita a day keeps the doctor away.
If you don't want this drink to be alcoholic, you can substitute the tequila with some bubbly water!

- 1 Lime wedge
- coarse salt
- ¾ cup Ice
- ¼ cup Tequila
- ¼ cup Orange liqueur
- ¼ cup Lime juice

Preparation steps

If desired, rub rims of 2 glasses (8 oz. each) with lime wedge. Put coarse salt in a shallow dish; dip glass rims into salt. Put ice cubes in each glass. In a pitcher, mix tequila, orange liqueur, and lime juice. Pour equally into glasses. Garnish with lime wedges.
