- 150 grams shrimp
- 400 milliliters Chicken broth
- 400 milliliters Coconut milk (canned, unsweetened)
- 150 grams Egg noodle
- 1 generous pinch Chili powder
- 2 tsps Curry powder
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps Lime juice
- 2 Tbsps parsley
- ½ Lime (wedges)

Preparation steps
1.
Cook egg noodles in boiling chicken broth for about 5 minutes. Reduce heat. Add shrimp and coconut milk and reheat.
2.
Add chili powder, curry powder and lime juice to soup. Season with salt and pepper.
3.
To serve, ladle soup into bowls, sprinkle with parsley and garnish with lime wedge.
