- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 stalk Leeks (cleaned, diced)
- 2 carrots (peeled, finely diced)
- ½ red Bell pepper (cleaned, diced)
- ½ green Bell pepper (cleaned, diced)
- ½ root Celery (peeled, finely diced)
- 100 grams green Beans (cleaned; ,cut in pieces)
- 100 grams small Cauliflower
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 ½ liters Beef broth (hot)
- salt
- peppers
- 1 Tbsp parsley
- 1 Tbsp Basil
- 50 grams grated Parmesan

Preparation steps
1.
Heat oil in a large saucepan. Peel onion and garlic and finely chop. Saute onion and garlic until translucent and add all remaining vegetables. Saute, stirring, for 3 minutes.

Add hot broth, season with salt and pepper and simmer on high heat for 10 minutes. Add herbs, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve.
