- 2 Nori seaweed
- 360 grams cooked Sushi rice

- 4 Tbsps Teriyaki sauce
- 2 Tbsps toasted Sesame seeds
- 4 Tbsps pickled ginger

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat oven to 200°C (approximately 375°F).

Rinse cucumber, cut into quarters lengthwise and remove seeds.
3.
Cut the eel into wide strips and heat for about 3 minutes in the oven.

Halve avocados, remove pits, peel and cut the flesh into thin slices. Cut nori sheets in half. Spread the rice on nori sheets and flip over, so that the rice side is down. Brush the nori with wasabi and cover with cucumber and avocado. Using plastic wrap and a bamboo mat, roll up from the long side and seal firmly.

Cut each roll into 6 pieces. Sprinkle teriyaki sauce and sesame seeds over the pieces. Serve with ginger, wasabi, and soy sauce.
