- FOR GINGER LEMONGRASS TEA
- 14 Tbsps dried Lemongrass
- 30 dried mint
- 30 dried Candied ginger
- FOR MANGO TEA
- 6 Mangoes (peeled and thinly sliced)
- 8 Tbsps dried Calendula flower (crumbled)
- FOR HERBAL TEA
- 12 Tbsps dried mint
- 2 Tbsps dried Sage
- 2 Tbsps Dried rosemary (crushed)
- 2 Tbsps dried thyme

Preparation steps
1.
For the ginger and lemongrass tea: mix all the ingredients together.

Spoon into an airtight jar and seal tightly.
3.
For the mango tea: place the mango slices on racks and leave to dry at room temperature for 24 hours until brittle. Using scissors, cut the slices from 5 mangoes into small pieces.
4.
Mix the dried mango pieces with the calendula flowers. Spoon into an airtight jar and place the mango slices on top. Seal well.
5.
For the herb tea: mix all the ingredients together.
6.
Spoon into an airtight jar and seal tightly.
