1 Lime (juiced)
1 cup pressed Apple juice
flat-leaf parsley (finely chopped)
1 ½ cups plain Yogurt
½ cup crushed Ice

Preparation steps

1.
Combine the avocado, cucumber, lime juice, apple juice, most of the parsley, and the yoghurt in a food processor or blender.
2.
Blend on high for 2 minutes. Add the crushed ice and blend for a further minute.
3.
Pour into glasses and garnish with the remaining parsley.
