4 Mullets (ready to cook ,without heads, each about 300 grams)
6 Tbsps olive oil
2 Tbsps Sumac
1 handful Dill
2 organic lemons
2 Zucchini
4 Red onions
1 tsp dried thyme
salt
peppers

Preparation steps

Rinse fish and pat dry. Combine 4 tablespoons of oil with sumac. Rinse dill and shake dry. Slice lemon. Place lemon slices and dill into fish cavities, brush fish with seasoned oil and secure cavities with toothpicks. Grill fish on a hot grill for about 20 minutes, turning often.

Rinse and trim zucchini, cut into pieces. Peel onions and cut into wedges. Brush both with remaining oil, season with thyme, salt and pepper. Place into a grill pan and grill for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally.

Arrange vegetables and fish on plates and serve.
