- 4 Tbsps Sunflower seed
- 4 Tbsps Sesame seeds
- ½ cup cooked Quinoa
- ½ cup Brown rice flour
- ½ cup Quinoa flake
- ½ cup Potato starch
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp xanthan gum
- ½ tsp Guar Gum
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsps Seed (fennel, pumpkin or sunflower)

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 200°C (180° fan) 400°F gas 6. Line 2 baking trays with non-stick baking paper.

Put the sunflower and sesame seeds into a food processor and pulse until they have broken down but not pasty.
3.
Add the quinoa, quinoa flour, quinoa flakes, potato starch, baking powder, xanthan gum, guar gum, and salt. Blend until well mixed.
4.
Add the butter and drizzle in the oil, with the food processor running until clumps of dough form. If it is too dry, add a little water.
5.
Turn out onto non-stick baking paper and gently knead in the seeds.
6.
Roll out into a rectangle and cut into shapes. Put onto the baking trays.
7.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until browned and firm to the touch. Cool on the baking trays for a few minutes, then place on a wire rack to cool completely.
8.
Serve with cheese, avocado slices and grapes.
