- 200 grams Foie gras
- 4 Tbsps roasted Sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp Thai basil (coarsely chopped)
- 4 Tbsps sugar

Preparation steps
1.
Use moist hands tp form foie gras into 12 equal balls. Roll balls in toasted sesame seeds.
2.
Melt sugar in a pan and caramelize until golden brown. Add Thai basil and foie gras meatballs, toss briefly, remove and place on foil. Serve on toothpicks.
