- 2 Avocados
- 1 Lime (juice)
- crushed Red pepper flakes (ground)
- 1 handful spearmint (half sliced)
- 1 small round lettuce (approx. 250 g)
- 4 cups Cucumber (cut into thin batons)
- 2 ⅔ cups Crabmeat (cooked and ready to use, cut into small pieces)

Preparation steps
1.
Put the avocado flesh in a high-sided bowl. Squeeze the lime juice over the top and blend to a fine purée. Season to taste with salt, ground black pepper and a pinch of chilli flakes. Stir in the sliced mint.

Lay out 2-3 large lettuce leaves for each roll and spread with the avocado mixture. Top with a few pieces of cucumber and some crab meat and scatter with the remaining mint. Roll the leaves up and tuck the ends underneath.
3.
Serve with a yoghurt dip, for example.
