1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Pot mit Deckel, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Immersion blender, 1 Non-stick pan, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 dicht schließendes Bowl (ca. 1,5 l), 2 kleine Storage containers oder Schraubgläser, 1 Ladle
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Line 2 baking trays with non-stick baking paper.

Beat together the butter, icing sugar, egg yolks and vanilla until soft, white and fluffy.
3.
Fold in the cornflour until incorporated. If the mixture is too stiff to pipe add a drop of milk. Don’t add too much milk, or the biscuits won’t hold their shape.
4.
Spoon into a piping bag with a large star nozzle. Pipe rings, apart on the baking trays. The mixture will spread as it cooks
5.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. Cool on the trays.
