- 4 Zucchini
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Anise seed
- 20 grams butter
- salt
- peppers
- Star anise (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Rinse and trim off fennel ends, then finely chop. Rinse, trim and cut zucchini into 2 cm (approximately 3/4 inch) cubes. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add fennel. Cook, covered, until translucent, about 25 minutes.

Heat remaining oil in another frying pan and cook zucchini, about 5 minutes. Stir in anise and fennel and cook 10 minutes more. Season with butter (cut into cubes), salt and pepper. Serve garnished with star anise.
