- 1 raspberry jelly candy
- 4 cups Raspberries
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ⅞ cup thick Custard
- 4 ripe Peaches (skinned, stones removed, diced)
- 4 Tbsps Blueberries
- 1 large Orange (segmented)
- 1 Tbsp Maraschino cherry
- 8 scoops Vanilla ice cream

Preparation steps
1.
Make the jelly according to the instructions on the pack. Leave to set.
2.
Blend half the raspberries with the sugar in a food processor, the press through a sieve to make a raspberry sauce.
3.
Chop the jelly and divide between 4 sundae glasses. Top with a spoonful of custard.
4.
Layer the fruits on top of the custard and top with the remaining custard.
5.
Place 2 scoops of ice cream on top of each glass and pour over the raspberry sauce. Top with a raspberry and serve immediately.
