2 cans Ratatouille
400 grams Beans (canned, drained)
275 grams lean Processed cheese
150 milliliters milk
20 slices Dough sheet (lasagna)
50 grams freshly grated Parmesan

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Mix the ratatoullie and beans. Heat the milk. Add the cheese and stir until creamy.

2.

Grease a baking dish. Alternately layer the ratatoullie mixture, lasagna and the sauce.

3.

Sprinkle with the parmesan. Bake for about 35 minutes, until the noodles are soft. Serve with green salad, if desired.
