- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2 Apple
- 2 Tbsps freshly grated Horseradish
- 700 milliliters Vegetable broth
- 200 grams Whipped cream
- salt
- freshly ground peppers (from the mill)
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 4 slices white bread

Preparation steps

Peel and dice the onion. Peel the apples, cut into quarters and remove the cores. Heat the butter in a large pot and sauté the onion until softened. Add the apples, pour in the vegetable broth, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

Crumble the white bread into the soup, stir in the heavy cream and puree with an immersion blender until smooth. Stir in the honey and horseradish and season with salt and pepper. Ladle the soup into bowls, garnish with chopped green onions and dried apple slices and serve.
