- 1 head Broccoli (cut into florets and steamed)
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (pressed through a garlic press)
- 2 cups Chicken broth (or more for thinning)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- salt
- peppers
- Sour cream (for garnish)
Preparation steps
1.
Gently steam broccoli. Do not over cook.

Place steamed broccoli and pressed garlic in a blender and blend until pureed.
3.
Transfer puree to a pot and add chicken broth and heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Serve hot. Garnish with sour cream.
