- 2 Galia melon
- ¼ l Vegetable broth
- juice of lemons
- 16 cooked Cocktail shrimp
- 2 sprigs Basil
- salt (and pepper)

Preparation steps
1.
Cut melons in half, scrape out seeds with a spoon and remove the flesh with a larger melon baller. Scrape the rest out and leave a thicker edge.
2.
Set aside 4 melon balls and puree the rest with cold vegetable stock. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Rinse shrimp and pat dry.
3.
Fill melon puree back into the melon halves and add melon balls and shrimp. Garnish with basil leaves. Serve melon on ice.
