- 1 Cucumber (400 grams)
- 250 grams Curd (or cream cheese)
- 300 milliliters Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- salt
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 3 Tbsps chopped Dill
- 15 Clover blossoms
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and grate the cucumber. Sprinkle with a little salt and set aside for 15 minutes. Mix the cucumber, pot, yogurt, 2 tablespoons dill and lemon juice. Refrigerate.

Serve garnished with clover blossoms and dill leaves.
