250 grams Curd (or cream cheese)
300 milliliters Yogurt (0.1% fat)
salt
2 Tbsps lemon juice
3 Tbsps chopped Dill
15 Clover blossoms

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and grate the cucumber. Sprinkle with a little salt and set aside for 15 minutes. Mix the cucumber, pot, yogurt, 2 tablespoons dill and lemon juice. Refrigerate.

Serve garnished with clover blossoms and dill leaves.
