1 Cook the rice in salted, boiling water according to the directions on the packet.
2 Fry the onion, garlic and ginger in hot oil. Add the meat and fry for 1-2 minutes.
3 Add the bok choy and the bean sprouts, fry for a further 2-3 minutes and season well with soy sauce, oyster sauce and ground black pepper. Steep for a few minutes and then serve with the rice.
