- 2 Zucchini
- 1 yellow Bell pepper
- 1 Red Bell pepper
- 250 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 250 grams Pumpkin
- 1 garlic clove
- 4 Chicken thigh (ready to cook)
- salt

- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 150 milliliters dry white wine

Preparation steps

Rinse and dry vegetables. Cut zucchini lengthwise into quarters and then into 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) thick slices. Quarter bell peppers and remove seeds and ribs. Cut pumpkin pulp into bite-sized pieces. Peel garlic and chop finely.

Rinse chicken legs, pat dry and divide at the joints. Season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan and sear chicken on all sides on high heat. Remove from pan and set aside. Add all the vegetables and garlic to the pan and saute for a few minutes, season with salt and pepper. Return meat to the pan and add wine. Simmer for about 10-15 minutes on medium heat. Arrange on warmed plates and serve.
