- 150 grams peas
- 2 handfuls Basil
- salt
- 150 milliliters Vegetable broth
- freshly ground peppers
- 500 grams fresh Cheese ravioli (From the refrigerated section)
- 40 grams grated Parmesan
Preparation steps

Thaw the peas in a colander. Rinse the basil, dry shake and pluck the leaves from the branches. Blanch the peas in a little boiling salted water, for 5 minutes, drain and plunge in a bowl of ice water. Drain, transfer to a blender along with the vegetable broth and half the basil and puree. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook the ravioli according to package directions. Heat the mushy peas in a large skillet, add the drained ravioli and toss to coat. Serve in shallow soup bowls, sprinkle with Parmesan and garnish with the remaining basil leaves.
