- 1 red Bell pepper
- 4 Tomatoes
- 2 Zucchini
- 100 grams Capellini
- 4 Tbsps White vinegar
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- Caraway (ground)
- 100 grams Feta
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse cabbage and thinly slice or grate. Blanch cabbage in salted boiling water. Rinse with cold water and drain well.
2.
Rinse and halve peppers, remove seeds and ribs, and finely dice.
3.
Rinse, quarter, and remove seeds from tomatoes. Cut tomatoes into small cubes.
4.
Rinse, trim and finely grate zucchini.
5.
Cook capellini in salted boiling water until al dente, according to package instructions. Rinse and drain.
6.
In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, crumbled feta and white vinegar. Add vegetables and pasta. Season with salt, ground caraway seeds and pepper and toss to combine. Let marinate about 15 minutes. If desired, serve salad with white bread.
