- 4 Camembert (each 150 grams)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp sweet ground paprika
- 100 grams Pastry flour
- 150 grams blanched slivered almonds
- 4 Tbsps butter
- 2 Apple
- Cranberry jelly
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Beat eggs in a bowl with paprika. Cover Camembert in flour, then dip in beaten egg and finally cover with almonds. Press almonds down firmly. Melt butter in a pan, individually fry Camembert portions on both sides until golden brown, place on a baking sheet and cook in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.

Rinse apples, cut into quarters, remove core and cut into slices. Arrange apple slices over Camembert and serve with cranberry jelly.
