Bream with Saffron and Lime
Trim the scallions, rinse and cut into small rolls. Peel the ginger and cut first into slices, then cut into sticks. Rinse 2 limes, halve and then cut into thin slices. Squeeze the remaining limes. Rinse the cilantro, shake dry and chop.
Mix the lime juice and olive oil with ginger, saffron, cilantro and chile powder. Season the marinade with salt and place the fish inside at least half an hour, turning occasionally.
Remove the fish from the marinade, make diagonal cuts and insert the lime slices. Preheat the grill.
Place the fish on aluminum grill dishes and cook on the grill for about 20 minutes, turning once halfway through and brushing with remaining marinade.
