- 4 Madeleines
- 1 cup Mascarpone
- ½ cup double cream
- 1 ⅓ cups Blueberries
- 3 egg yolks
- ½ cup caster sugar
- ⅓ cup Poppy seeds
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp Amaretto
- 4 Tbsps Marsala wine

Preparation steps
1.
Mix the blueberries with sugar and cinnamon. Chill for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
2.
In a bowl, whisk the mascarpone with the egg yolks, sugar, poppy seeds and amaretto. Add the cream after whipping it until stiff.
3.
Line the bottom of each glass with broken Madeleine soaked in Marsala. Place a first layer of mascarpone cream, then the blueberries with cinnamon. Cover with a second layer of cream.
4.
Sprinkle with poppy seeds and cinnamon powder. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
