- For the pastry
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup unsalted butter (diced)
- ¼ tsp salt
- For the mascarpone filling
- 7 ozs white chocolate (chopped)
- 2 ¼ cups Mascarpone
- ⅝ cup cream (48% fat)
- 2 cups Blueberries
- powdered sugar

Preparation steps
1.
Grease a loose-based 11cm x 35cm|4 1/2" x 14" tart tin.
2.
Combine the icing sugar, flour, butter and salt in a food processor until the mixture forms a ball. Press h into the tin. Chill for 15 minutes.
3.
Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, until light golden. Set aside to cool.
5.
For the mascarpone filling: put the chocolate and half the mascarpone in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering (not boiling) water and stir until melted. Leave to cool for a few minutes.
6.
Whisk the cream until thick.
7.
Whisk the remaining mascarpone into the chocolate mixture until smooth, then fold in the cream.
8.
Pour into the pastry case and chill overnight until set. Just before serving, arrange the blueberries on top and sift over a little icing sugar.
