Preparation steps

1.

Coat the bottom of the springform pan with butter. Line with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

2.

For the crust, coarsely chop the flaked almonds. Beat the softened butter with sugar, almonds, flour and cream. Spread on the bottom of the pan and bake on the middle rack of the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the pan.

3.

For the filling, rinse the berries, sort and pat dry.

4.

Chop the chocolate coarsely and melt over a hot water bath, then allow to cool slightly. Remove the crust from the pan and spread the chocolate on it. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff and stir in the lime juice. Preapare the glaze according to the package directions and stir in the Cassis liqueur.

5.

Spread the cream on the cake, top with the berries and drizzle with the glaze. Cut into slices and serve.
