- 1 kilogram Beef fillet
- 1 root Celery
- 1 bunch small carrots
- 2 onions
- 3 Tbsps butter
- 1 pc fresh Horseradish

Preparation steps

Rinse meat, pat dry and tie up with kitchen string like a parcel. Season with salt and pepper. Peel celery, halve and slice on the vegetable slicer into thin sticks. Peel carrots, leaving some green parts intact. Peel onions and cut into quarters. Place vegetables and meat with butter in a roasting bag seasoned with salt and pepper and cook for about 30 minutes in boiling water gently (bag must be well covered by water).

Cut meat into thin slices, arrange on a plate with vegetables. Peel horseradish and grate finely, sprinkle over meat. Serve.
