- 300 grams fresh Broad bean (gepullt)
- 12 shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 150 grams fresh button Mushroom
- 2 carrots
- 20 grams butter
- 800 milliliters Vegetable broth
- salt
- peppers
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- 4 Chervil (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the beans and prawns and drain well. Clean the mushrooms and cut into thin slices. Peel the carrots, cut into thirds and then cut into pins. In a saucepan, melt the butter and briefly sauté the carrots, beans and prawns.

Deglaze with the broth and simmer for about 10 minutes over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the mushroom slices and fresh chopped herbs. Serve the soup in 4 preheated bowls. Serve garnished with parsley.
