- 28 crayfish (alternatively nephrops)
- Barbecue sauce (Finished product, preferably from the health food store)
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Cook the crayfish in boiling water for 8 minutes. Drain, twist off the tail part of the body, then remove the relatively thin shell and the intestines.
2.
Brush the cooked tail meat with barbecue sauce and place on an oven-proof plate. Sprinkle with rosemary. Broil for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
